We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Typically all orders ship out within 1-2 business days upon receiving payment. All U.S. orders will ship USPS First Class mail unless upgraded at checkout. Print to order items ship within 3-5 business days. Expedited Shipping is available (See PRIORITY MAIL).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. For print to order items, any shipping speed will take effect after the order actually ships.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
USPS FIRST CLASS RATES:
The below pricing applies to most of our products, which weigh less than 1LB. Prices do vary based on weight, so if the package weighs more than 1LB, the shipping will be calculated at checkout.
PRIORITY MAIL (TO ALL 50 U.S. STATES & U.S. PROVINCES):
FedEx Overnight Shipping: This shipping cost is calculated based on FedEx's rates.
FedEx 2-Day Shipping: This shipping cost is calculated based on FedEx's rates.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. You will be refunded the cost of the items MINUS any shipping, handling or insurance charges. There will also be a 10% restocking fee taken from the cost of the item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Send back with a note of the item you would like to exchange for. Include a $5.00 exchange fee. (Also include your phone number to help expedite the process).
***If we do not have the item you would like to exchange for in stock we can substitute another item or will consider the item a return.
We inspect each order prior to shipping so we experience very few problems. However, if we make a mistake or the item arrives damaged we will take 100% responsibility.
